Ultimate Fantastic Four,
an updated version of the characters recently launched by Marvel as
a part of the company's new Ultimate Marvel line of comics. The first
six issue story arc by Brian Michael Bendis, Mark Millar and
artist Andy Kubert updates the origin of the FF. The UFF are
younger than the contemporary Marvel Universe FF.
Marvel
Knights Series
Another series, set in the regular Marvel
Universe, has been released. Called Marvel Knights 4
it concentates on the more human, realist dimension of the
Fantastic Four.

Unstable Molecules -
A four-issue miniseries (2001?)about the lives of the many real
people who inspired the Fantastic Four: Reed Richards, detached
scientist; his 'invisible' wife, Sue Sturm; her rebellious teenage
brother, Johnny Sturm; and Ben Grimm, self-loathing failed New York
boxer, and even Dr Victor Dunne, Reed's rival in the scientific
world. First of three parts, with The Mad Thinkers and
The Negative Zone having projected release dates of 2007
and 2013.
Fantastic four Remix - Remakes of classic
issues
Fantastic Four 2099 - An eight-issue miniseries
produced in 1996. Features the 'present' FF team somehow
transported forward into 2099, and features other 2099 characters,
most notably Spiderman 2099.
Honorable mention: Reed
Richards' brain and the Thing's body feature in the Marvel Knights
2099 comic, Mutant 2099. It is not connected with the
previous 2099 series in any way.
X4: A five-issue
team-up between the Fantastic Four and members of the X-Men. (2005)
