"Big Norm" born Norman McCoy Jr. has always been an entrepreneur since his teen years. With the advice and support of his dad, a successful entrepreneur himself Norm started his first business at the age of 15. His first venture, cutting hair in his parents’ garage became a thriving business when word got out around the neighborhood.

While in college majoring in graphic designing, Norm worked two jobs to put himself through college. He worked as an Assistant Pharmacy Technician and the second as a Campus Supervisor for the School District. Then Norm was soon blessed with a beautiful family. For extra cash and more exposure Norm started a mobile dj service in 1995. Due to a school budget-cut, Norm was no longer a Campus Supervisor and then he eventually quit as a Assistant Pharmacy Tech. It was then 5150 Entertainment was founded to expand the dj service and music production. Norm was able to show off his first love of graphic designing when he was introduced to Bone Thugz and Harmony's producer "DJ UNEEK". Soon Norm was a designer of album covers and promotional posters for the famous producer. From there he learned deep aspects of music production. Norm's dad once told him as a young boy that "he would never make any money working for someone else". That still proves true to this day. He currently produces tracks for Snoop Dogg's cousin of the group “MODULE”.

Norm has been successful with 5150 Entertainment, his wheels are still turning. In 2000 he co-founded Norkris Computer Solutions with comrade Kristen Stapleton. Norm still had a deep love for graphic design so as a result he founded Norkris Graphix which designs all of your business needs from web site to business cards.

For 10 years 5150 Entertainment has been going strong. Through great entrepreneurship Norkris has been triumphant for 7 years. Success still follows Norm and yet there are no limits to how far he can go.
