Biki90 is an underground movement originating from Noord-Brabant in the Netherlands. Some refer to it as a cultural club though most journalists refer to it as a criminal extremist organisation. The organisation was founded in 1990 in Helmond as an "cultural awareness club" but interests swiftly changed. There is evidence that the organisation has links to National-Socialism or harbours Neo-Nazi sympathies. The group’s motto "High Rollin Street Hustlers" (HRSH), which was added in 1997, is claimed to stand for "Hitler’s Revenge Suppressing Holland". In 1999, the press released pictures in which members of Biki90 were addressing a BSF (Burgundy Separatist Front) meeting in Bavel, Noord-Brabant.. Also the group has been active in the criminal circuit since several members were involved in bank robberies and molestation of ethnic minorities. Its number of members is unknown. The AIVD (Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service) estimates membership at 1,000-1,500. Except for criminal offences by individual members, no further charges have been pressed by Dutch prosecutors.

Biki90 has also set up a graffiti network wich covers whole Holland.
