Bill Barwick (born c. 1946) is an accomplished western music singer-songwriter and guitarist.

He was nominated for three awards from the Western Music Association: Entertainer of the Year (2008 & 2007), Male Vocalist of the Year (2009, 2008 & 2007), and Song of the Year: "Cowboy Standard Time" (2007). In addition, the Academy of Western Artists named him Male Vocalist of the Year in 2005, and nominated him again in 2008. The AWA also nominated his CD, "Cowboy Bill and Other Stories" as the 2007 Western Music Album/CD of the Year. Bill's song, "There Ain't No Quit" was the number one Western song rated by Power Source Magazine in 2006. Bill performs regularly since 1984 at Denver, Colorado's historic Buckhorn Exchange Restaurant, named the "Best Saloon in the West" by True West Magazine, 2007. And, Bill is also the VOICE of Encore television's "Westerns" Channel.

In the spirit of his favorite heroes, Leonard Sly (Roy Rogers) and Don Edwards, Bill’s not ashamed to admit that he didn’t grow up on a ranch and doesn’t live on one now. Hailing originally from North Carolina, he started making music at the age of eight. He came West to Denver, Colorado in the 1970s and stayed. Bill’s internalized the very essence of the “cowboy way” and is known to be a man of his word, armed with integrity and accountability. He travels light, is always prepared and has never put a horse away wet. He can sing you a Colorado sunset and make you see the last rays of light — just one of the few still riding for the brand.

After music, Bill's love is the Colorado mountains. He's been an active member of the Alpine Rescue Team since the mid 1980s where he serves as Public Information Officer.
