Bill Stickers was a brand of clothing in the UK in the 1980s.
A commonly seen notice in English cities said "Bill stickers will be prosecuted", as a warning to stickers of bill, otherwise known as fly posting.
The clothing had slogans such as "Bill Stickers is innocent", derived from notices.
However, this was not new to the UK and had been printed in various other papers in other English-speaking countries during the 1980s.
