He has 2 siblings: a brother born at the same time as
him, Thai, and a sister, Truc.
He is always desperately trying to catch up with
homework being thrown
at him by his fellow teachers at school.
Binh began his schooling at the age of 5 in 1996 in
primary
school, where he quickly rose over the years from an
infant to the current
adolescent state
he is in today.
Embryo to Infant: 1990-1994
As an embryo,
Binh did not require to breathe, eat, excremate or any other form
of necessities a fully developed baby had to endure.
Finally, on November 10th, 1990, at approximately
1.00pm, he was conceived with his brother, Thai.
They were named by their grandfather and their names
combined, Thaibinh, literally translates into "A Lot of Peace" or
"No War."
During his infancy, Binh struggled to cope with his
newly developed legs and arms.
Burping, excremating, vomiting and even consumption of
food had to be done with assistance, usually from his
mother.
Eventually, he developed the art of walking and talking
which he improves and continues today.
Start of Kindergarten
to Primary School: 1995-2002
Overall, Binh found that they were of no benefit to him
whatsoever as he did not learn as much as he could have.
Life
at St Paul's College: 2003-2004
Failing basically all the
schools he tried out for, Binh had to settle at St Paul's
College.
He met some friends there such as David Tran, who grew
up to be the guitarist of Under Fictious
Skies.
During this period, Binh had developed bigger limbs and
his body developed despite his penis remaining the same size from
birth.
Life at Melbourne High School: 2005-Present
Binh
gained entry into Melbourne High School in 2004 and it
was not until 2005 did he arrive at MHS.
He persisted in his humourous and witty ways much to
the despair of the teachers and colleagues.
They constantly restrict his right of free speech in
class and do not allow him to use basic facilities such as toilets
and the canteen during class hours.
He has friends and an arch enemy by the name of
Marlowe.
He has evil red hair and he has a bit of a moustache
going, if you see him punch him from all of us here at
Wikipedia.
Clubs
Binh is currently in many clubs and
activities.
Cadets
Binh Phan joined cadets in Year 9
because it was supposedly compulsory but it wasn't.
Binh skipped a lot of cadets in Year 9 for the sake of
it.
In Year 10, he did cadets to take advantage of the "10
hour off community service" that they guaranteed.
Binh is still doing cadets in Year 11 but does not have
rank because he's too cool.
He is in the bad ass platoon but unfortunately losers
like John Yi make it a less cool.
Apparently, none of the officers like him because they
have no sense of humour with the exception for Mr
Roberts.
Ballroom Dancing
He is currently doing
ballroom dancing due to peer pressure from classmates, Floyd
Baragawarath, Anthony Somethingorother and some halfcaste Asian
that does cadets with him as well.
Anime Club
He is also is in the school's
anime club even though he
never visits and paid $10 for a membership.
This is commonly referencing the TV show and anime
Pokemon where the main
character, Ash Ketchup, and his many friends try to become a
Pokemon Master using coherent means.
Friends
As
well as being the most popular guy currently attending Melbourne
High, he has a vast amount of friends which he refers to as
buddies.
His mainly plays with his posse under a tree near the
front of the school or a bench overlooking the oval.
Members of his posse are in order of coolness: Binh
Phan (that's him), Michael Lund, Michael Goldsworthy, Peter Lin,
Mark Hitler, Nick McMillan, Betty Guo and D.
Ral.
Other friends that Binh regularly associates
himself but don't really play with them at lunch are: Mr. Pask, Mr.
Roberts, Mr. Ludowyke, the teacher who looks like the godfather, Yu
He, Wilson, D'Arcy, Floyd, Michelle, Nikhal, Nikhal's Asian Friend,
"Ghost Face Killah" aka Sean Cook ..
Mai Nguyen is one of Binh's
coolest female friends.
She occasionally threatens him with which Binh gets
very scared of.
Binh occasionally catches the 3:45 P.M.
Werribee train with her but then departs at Footscray
Station though sometimes, Mai is able to persuade him to stay until
Newport Station.
Binh thinks very highly of Mai even though she is one
year younger and is a student at Binh's sister school (Melbourne
High), Macrobertson Girls' High School.
Mai is one of the coolest people he knows.
Trains
Binh has two methods of getting to and from
school.
He is enrolled in Ballroom Dancing from peer pressure from
Floyd and Anthony and wants to learn how to c-walk from his
sensei, some wigger named Danny Gannon the master of
all things sensual though nothing has been accomplished so
far.
Binh has a great
taste in movies, as implied by his peers.
His favourite movie of all time is none other than
Lion
King.
He believes the sequels were a quick scheme by the
directors and producers to earn millions using the orginal's
popularity and were overall poor quality.
Many students at his school are rich and live in snobby
neighbourhoods such as St Kilda, Toorak and Kew.
They receive hundreds of dollars from pocket money each
day from their parents who work minimal hours and are paid
excessively for their services.
Violence is the only way Binh can earn a living and
feed himself.
Many of the children he bullies are used to it as
bullying was a commonplace in their primary school and previous
schools.
These children find it amusing to lose millions of
dollars to others.

Downloading music illegally is against Binh Phan's beliefs who
believes by doing so, the corporations will not benefit thus

Binh has become increasingly
controversial as he has gained prominence and popularity, with
critics alleging that Binh's open nature makes him unauthoritative
and unreliable, with unconfirmed information that is often without
any proper sources, that he exhibits severe systemic bias and
inconsistency.
Binh has also been criticized for his use of dubious
sources, his biased but neutrally written perspective towards
certain point of views, his disregard for credentials, his lack of
understanding and international nature, and his vulnerability to
vandalism and special interest groups.
Critics of Binh include his teachers, peers and class
mates.
