Birch Bay State Park, near Blaine in Whatcom County, Washington, is part of the Washington State Park System. It's 193 acres (0.78 km2), with 12,940 feet (3,940 m) of shoreline on Birch Bay and 14,900' along Terrell Creek allows camping, picnicking, fishing, hiking, crabbing, clamming, and boating.
