Founded in 1956, BISAZZA is the industry leader in the production of glass mosaic for floors and walls. Headquartered in Alte in the province of Vicenza, Italy, the company also has four production units and ten sales branches in Germany, Spain, Great Britain, France, Russia, the United States, Australia, China (Hong Kong and Shanghai) and India.

Whith its roots in the Italian artistic industrial tradition, BISAZZA has evolved into a cutting-edge company in terms of business dynamism, attention to market trends and the use of modern production techniques. Over the years it has pursued a dual objective: conservation and rediscovery of working techniques from the Venetian mosaic tradition and constant technological progress.

Since the year 2000, the company has shifted its focus towards the luxury brand segment. Brand name and direct distribution have become the two mainstays of its strategy in world markets. Besides its industrial production of classic glass mosaic tesserae, BISAZZA also excels for its artisian production of 24 carat gold mosaic, traditional hand-cut glass mosaic and aventurine - a synthetic stone first produced in Venice in the 17th century - which the company uses to create its most prestigious products.

The BISAZZA product range. which also includes a series of glass terrazzo tiles, caters to the public sector (urban design and remodeling), the residential sector (interior and exterior projects), swimming pools, wellness centers and the hospitality and nautical sectors. The mosaics of mosques, friezes and artistic decorations stand out for their high-quality artisan work and testify to this product's powerful expressive potential.
