Bisesa Dutt is a character in Arthur C.Clarke's books Time's Eye and Sunstorm. She is of Indian descent, although her family has lived in Great Britain for over half a century.
She served in the British Army in Afghanistan until 2037, when the events in Time's Eye take place.
