Bisgen is a UK based company, that develops and distributes the CRM
product - eBisgen. eBisgen CRM focusses on two kinds of users -
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and users of MFG/Pro, an ERP
developed and distributed by QAD Inc.
eBisgen is a mature,
flexible, functionally rich and highly scalable Customer
Relationship Management application. It is designed to improve
customer relating activities from managing sales opportunities,
customer data and marketing activity. It also ensures that there is
a consistency of customer service eBisgen moulds to existing
business processes and gives long-lasting support with powerful
competitive advantages. Built as a core package and a series of
add-on modules, this product's flexibility allows one to begin
implementing CRM at a relatively low cost. As experience and need
for CRM grows functionality can easily be added.
A graphically
rich Web Client or Client/Server based application, eBisgen can be
run on a single notebook PC or on a corporate network consisting of
Windows™ clients and Windows NT or Unix operating systems. Closely
integrated with Progress ® RDBMS, the market leader in database
technology, eBisgen can easily integrate with an organisations'
existing IT infrastructure.
