Bison Brewery, founded in 1989, is a microbrewery in Berkeley, California that specializes in organic beer.
Its brews include a Chocolate Stout, an IPA and a Gingerbread Ale, as well as a line of seasonal ales.
Besides the West Coast, Bison products are distributed in Georgia, Florida, Ohio and Virginia.
