A black team was a group formed to test software
at IBM.
In Peopleware, I
read with great interest about IBM's Black Team, a bunch of
testers who took extreme pleasure in destroying your program.
Hmm.. The testers at my company are treated like necessary
annoyances. I want the Black Team. The difference here is that
the testers here have no real ground to stand up.
Black Team
is a team of elite spartan-2 super soldiers to deal with the UNSC's
most difficult missions. Black team has been around for about 5
years (dates not exactly known) but is at the top of its form with
4 of the greatest soldiers the spartans have ever seen (the final
member isn't that good)
