As of the census of 2000, there were 360 people, 153 households, and 106 families residing in the city. The population density was 602.4 people per square mile (231.7/km²). There were 180 housing units at an average density of 301.2/sq mi (115.8/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 90.56% White, 0.28% African American, 0.28% Native American, 7.78% from other races, and 1.11% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 11.11% of the population.
There were 153 households out of which 32.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.6% were married couples living together, 11.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.1% were non-families. 28.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.35 and the average family size was 2.83.
