History

Blake Venture Corp was founded in February 2004 by 18 year old Adam Blake in Fort Worth, Texas. The company started as a residential property management company in the TCU (Texas Christian University) area. They began by acquiring rental properties for their own investments and began managing properties for other owners as well.
In 2005 it was reported that Blake Venture Corp was managing 38 rental properties. In 2006 the company grew significantly and began undertaking larger projects. They expanded the property management division in the residential market and began managing some office and retail assets.
