Bloom Consulting is a Madrid based Branding agency founded in 2003 by José Filipe Torres. The company's work focuses mainly in Nation Branding projects and developing Brand Strategies in the Private Sector.

Bloom Consulting cooperates with a network of brand research and development centers located in London, Washington and Tokyo and has protocols with the European School of Management and the Instituto de Empresa, one of the highest ranked management schools by The Economist Intelligence Unit^[1].

The World Headquarters of the company is located in Madrid, Spain. The company also has offices in Lisboa (Portugal), Sofia (Bulgaria), Miami (USA), and Copenhagen (Denmark).
