BlueTie was established in 1999 by David Koretz—current BlueTie President and CEO—and Tom Golisano, founder and Chairman of Paychex.[1]

BlueTie Collaboration is an Ajax-based Web application that provides email and collaboration tools through a single user interface and is distributed via the software as a service (SaaS) model. BlueTie has patented several advanced UI and design enhancement technologies including SimpleClickTM[2]. and SecureSendTM technology.

Recognition

BlueTie has been recognized through numerous awards including Forbes' Best of the Web award for three consecutive years, the 2007 AdTech LimeLight Award,[3] and was selected by AlwaysOn as one of the OnMedia Top 100 Winners for 2008.[4]
