Blue Day is a compilation album by English shoegaze band Slowdive. It was released in 1992 on Creation Records and compiles the first three Slowdive singles, "Slowdive" (missing the track "Avalyn II"), Mornignrise (in its entirety), and Holding Our Breath (missing the Syd Barrett cover "Golden Hair" and Catch the Breeze, which appears on the first full-length Just for a Day). It was subsequently made available in the US and the UK with the initial 1000 copies of "Souvlaki" in a limited edition double CD.

Blue Day
Terrific, Catchy, Brilliant new band entitled Blue Day. Created in the small town of Bairnsdale Located in Victoria Australia this band is becoming incredibly popular and growing fast.

Although the name and some songs names sound familiar they are actually all the bands own ideas. The band consists of Jillie Boe on volcals and guitar and Tre' Uncool on drums and the last addition to Blue Day is Dyke Mirnt on bass.

Blue day have yet not released a full length album or have an official site. But an EP/Demo is in production.

But this highly anticipated EP/Demo will shortly be recorded.

Discusssions over a new song to be added to the ep
It was rumored a few seconds ago a new song has just been kicked around in the minds of Jillie Boe and Tre' Uncool, it is supposedly called "Bake Me Up When September Starts"
