BnBStar.com is an online directory and travel guide of Bed and
Breakfast inns in the USA and worldwide. BnBStar.com is
headquartered in the nation’s capital Washington, DC.
Since 2003
BnBStar.com has been helping travelers to make a more intelligent
choice while looking for Bed and Breakfast type of accommodation.
Based on the number of listed inns as well as on ease-of-use and
other criteria, Innstar.com - B&B independent review guide -
has awarded the highest rating of 5 Innstars to the BnBStar.com
directory.
BnBStar.com offers a wide range of search tools and a
comprehensive list of amenities to effectively navigate an ever
expending universe of Bed and Breakfast in the US and worldwide. In
the US alone a number of B&B inns is more than 10,000.
Among
custom tools available on BnBStar.com travelers will find the
following searches: - Quick Search: the fastest way to find a
B&B at your destination. - Advanced Search: narrow your
focused search on the amenities that matter most. - Focus on
destination by area type, e.g. Beach, Ski, Country, Ocean,
Mountains, etc. - Map Navigation: find the inn near your points of
interest. - Special Offers: search for discount travel published
by innkeepers. - Hot Deals: the latest deals and bargains offered
by innkeepers. - Reverse Search: this revolutionary function lets
BnBStar.com do the work for the traveler by helping to match
travelers’ requirements with vacancies at relevant inns.
As the
travelers’ priorities changed so did focus of BnBStar.com on
satisfying the travelers’ needs.
First, as more travelers from
remote corners started searching for B&B inns, their
familiarity with the area they wanted to visit became an issue. In
response to the travelers’ comments about disconnect between
description of the inns and description of the attractions
available around the B&B location, BnBStar.com expanded its
content to its proprietary Travel Guide articles that gave the
traveler insight about what they should expect within reach of
their stay. BnBStar.com recently opened its travel guide to
selected articles posted by the innkeepers themselves further
expending travelers possibilities to make an educated
choice.
Second, travelers expressed concerns about the quality
standards of B&B in the USA. While a number of state and local
B&B associations supervising quality standards for their
members existed, no one was summarizing information about the
inspected B&B nationwide until BnBStar.com in cooperation with
other affiliated organization introduced InspectedInns.org guide
providing travelers with comprehensive information about inspected
Bed and Breakfast inns.
Third, in anticipation of influx of the
international travelers, whose interest in visiting the US
increased proportionally with decreasing value of US dollar,
BnBStar.com translated its main page to Spanish, French and German
languages and launched online advertising campaign in effort to
provide international travelers with comprehensive information
about invigorating Bed and Breakfast industry in the US as an
alternative to a usual hotel option.
