Robert "Bob" Mann (April 8, 1924 in New Bern, North Carolina – October 21, 2006 in Detroit, Michigan) was an American football wide receiver who played seven seasons in the NFL (1948-1954). He attended the University of Michigan, where he starred on coach Fritz Crisler's undefeated National Championship team in 1947. Mann was one of the Detroit Lions' first black players. He led the NFL in receiving yards in 1949.

After his NFL career, he became a lawyer and worked in Detroit.
