Bobby Bare, Jr. (born June 28, 1966[1]) is an American musician who has recorded several solo albums, along with two albums with his band, Bare, Jr.
Bare is the son of country musician Bobby Bare. In 1974 — when Bare Jr. was only eight — they were both nominated for a Grammy for the song "Daddy What If." In the 1990s, Bobby led the root's-rock outfit, Bare Jr. They released two major label records, 1998's, Boo-Tay and 2000's Brainwasher.
He currently plays with the Young Criminals Starvation League, an ever-changing group of musicians. They have released three studio albums, an EP, and a live album.
