In 1980 Crush wrote "Orville's Song" ("I Wish I Could Fly") for ventriloquist Keith Harris. This peaked at number 4 in the UK Singles Chart in January 1983. Crush headlined the 1986 tour of "The Rocky Horror Show as "Dr. Frank N. Furter".
