Bomberman Blitz is a DSiWare game. It supports up to eight players in local wireless and up to four players with online play.[2] The game features 10 unique arenas, and all of the original power-ups such as faster walking, extra bomb rate and range. Players can throw bombs in from the side after they are defeated. Taking advantage of the 2 screens of the DSi it shows 2 arenas. The controls are mainly the control buttons. It was released in October in Japan and November 2009 in Europe and North America. The game resembles the original Bomberman DS.

Multiplayer

This game enables multiplayer gameplay with other DSi systems and through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Both players must have the game in order to play, however, and doesn't support DS Downloadable Play. On Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, you can play your friends you've registered with their Nintendo Friend Codes, other players regional or worldwide. The game also records your battle history and gives you a ranking.
