Bondi Beach Club, more commonly known simply as
Bondi, is a nightclub located at Blake's Corner, Stillorgan in
Co. Dublin, Ireland. Bondi shot to favour with Dubliners after it
replaced Oasis, a club which enjoyed limited success on the same
site. Bondi is known primarily for it's beach theme, cheap drinks,
fun DJs and party atmosphere.
February 2007 Closure
Bondi
was a fixture of Dublin's club scene for several years, until it's
shock closure on 21st February 2007. There is much speculation
about the reason for this closure, though it is widely accepted
that there is a liquor licensing issue, and that Bondi will
reopen.
