Eddie Lee "Boo" Williams (born June 22, 1979 in Tallahassee, Florida) is a professional arena football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New Orleans Saints in 2001. He played college football at Arkansas.

Williams has also been a member of the New York Giants and Kansas City Brigade.


High school and college careers

Williams attended Lincoln High School in Tallahassee. Originally a top national recruit for Florida State, Williams had his scholarship offer dropped after being involved in a high school brawl. He played college football at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas, where he was a two-time JUCO All-American, and then at the University of Arkansas.

Professional career


National Football League

Williams played tight end for the New Orleans Saints, and he recorded a total of 107 receptions. His best season was 2003, when he recorded 41 receptions for 436 yards and five touchdowns.

After missing the 2005 season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, Williams signed with the New York Giants for the 2006 season.

Arena Football League

On January 19, 2007, Williams signed with the Kansas City Brigade in the Arena Football League. On March 3, 2008 he was placed on recallable waivers by the Brigade.
