Bradford Rothwell Sohn (born Feb 3rd 1980) is a professional poker player and screenwriter. Also known as "The Sohn".

He is the son of Steve Sohn, a prominent Boston-based plastic surgeon and former Republican nominee for US Congress in 1992. Born and raised in Boston, Sohn graduated from BB&N in 1998 and Harvard College in 2002. After graduation, Sohn moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment business.

After graduating from BB&N, Sohn often returned to the athletic department to boast of his college football exploits. He went so far as to show his highlight tape FROM PRACTICE!!! His coach once told him, "Son, this ain't no Yankee f***** football here!"

After winning $14,000 in bad-beat jackpot at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California in September of 2002, he began playing progressively higher and higher stakes, winning his first no-limit Hold 'Em tournament in early 2003 by beating 1983 WSOP Main Event runner-up Rod Peate at Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, California. He followed the impressive win up with more than $65,000 in daily No-Limit hold 'em tournaments in and around southern California. Sohn however is mostly a high-stakes cash game specialist, but recently entered several events in the 2006 WSOP, busting out to former world champion Greg Raymer with pocket Aces <ref> Pokerwire results</ref> in event #2. This came after Sohn reportedly told media members that, "God has the fear of me in him" just before the tournament began. It is believed he made this comment in an attempt to create a "badboy" image that might be marketable were he to acheive greater success in the event.

Sohn continues to work in film, living between Boston and Los Angeles /www.imdb.com/name/nm1516464/"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="deleted_articles_ext"> target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="deleted_articles_ext">[595 IMDB Profile].
