Yucaipa resident Brenda Hill received the exciting news that Romantic Times Book Review Magazine rated her debut suspense novel, 'Ten Times Guilty' with four stars.
The magazine began in the 1980s with reviews of newly released romance books and has grown to national distribution with titles including mystery, suspense, and mainstream, many appearing on the NY Times bestseller list.
Their ratings range from one to four and a half stars.
Agents and publishers routinely contribute articles about writing and news about the publishing world.
The review stated Ms. Hill "mesmerizes" and the novel is "a compelling tale of pain, courage and hope."
The January, 2006, issue will be available in mid to late December.
"Ten Times Guilty," released in November by Publish America, is about a single mother's struggle after a vicious attack and a police sergeant seeking redemption for a crime he didn't realize he had committed--until the victim died.
The novel is available through bookstores and online with Ms. Hill's website, www.tentimesguilty.com and www.amazon.com.
