US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES RACE; KY-4

Brian Houillion was a Congressional Candidate for US House of Representatives in Kentucky District 4. His race against incumbent Geoff Davis (R), and his predecessor, Ken Lucas (D) seemed to be an exercise in futility. The two candidates from the major parties had approximately $10 million at their disposal. Mr. Houillion had a total of about $750. In the end, Mr. Houillion was able to gain 5% of the vote, garnering over 10,000 votes. This finish was the best in Kentucky for a Third Party candidate in Congressional races where both major parties were represented in nearly two decades.
