Brio Magazine is a magazine for Christian teen
girls. Associated with Focus on the Family, Brio is a great
reference point for girls aged 12 to 15 on faith, style, humour,
media and many other topics important to today's teens.
Brio &
Beyond is Focus on the Family's magazine for girls age 16 to 19. It
deals with more mature topics including sexual integrity, finances,
and college, along with some of the same articles on faith and
fashion that are found in Brio.

Brio Girl
In 1994, Brio magazine announced a competition to
find a girl who represented what Brio stood for. The Brio Girl must
have a H.E.A.R.T. She must be Heaven-bound, Expressive, dong well
in Academics, Relational and Taking time for Jesus. In January
1995, the first Brio Girl was announced, and since then, the
competition has become an annual event.

History
Brio's first issue was released
in March of 1990. The word Brio is Italian for "full of energy and
life."
