The British Unicorn Party are a minor political party in the United Kingdom. They are registered with the Electoral Commission, recording their leader as Paul O'Callaghan. The BUP have been registered since July 28 2005.

Calling themselves a "freedom party", the BUP have traditional right wing manifesto views on crime, policing and education. Such policies as putting "yobs" (or children who cause small-scale crime) into what they call "Mental Health borstals" and giving people the freedom to "defend themselves in any manner in their home" from criminals are similar in tone to traditional 'small c' conservatism.

Their manifesto also includes a centre-left desire to introduce an elected head-of-state and anti-war view points; they are against the invasion of Iraq.

As of 2006, the Unicorn party have no known electoral history.
