Bromfenex is a controlled release decongestant medication manufactured by KV Pharmaceutical Corporation and distributed by Ethex Corporation. The active ingredients of Bromfenex are 120mg of pseudoephedrine and 10mg of brompheniramine; and although neither of these are controlled substances under federal law, Bromfenex is available only by prescription in the United States.

Bromfenex is sold as oval-shaped gelatin capsules (one half transparent, the other half colored green) containing white-colored beads of medication.
