----
Brown Note was known to dabble in different forms of rock ranging from classic rock to heavy metal, with the occasional arrangement of an acoustic ballad to woo the ladies they trying to fornicate with. The band consisted of David Howard (Drums, backup vocals), RJ Klimek (Rhythm guitar, vocals, track mixing), Wes Miller (Bass), and David Zinner (Lead guitar, keyboard)

History

----
Formation

The band's founding members, David Howard and David Zinner, met during their Junior year at Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville Florida. They immediately bonded over their love of music and their unique styles of humor. They quickly decided to get together and jam. After a couple of weeks David Zinner invited RJ Klimek to come and join in on the sessions. In Richard Klimek's first session the two Daves were a little worried. He showed up wearing a Cosby style sweater and played massive amounts of John Mayer and other bands that contradicted their style. After some hard thinking the band decided to pick up RJ because of his great ear, and growing talent. It is not clear how Wes Miller came to be in the band, but he stayed with the band almost to the very end.

The Cramped Room Years

During the early years of the band practice took place in David Howard's room at his parent's house. They would all four pile into his tiny room with all of their band equipment and jam. These were trying times for the members of Brown Note, because of the small practice space, which had terrible acoustics, and the angry neighbors constant yelling and complaints the cops would be called it the music did not stop. These were also their most productive years considering that most of the members had not started their excessive drinking, and drug habits. It was during these years that they wrote what has come to be their greatest song " Wanna Drive". It was also during these years that the members participated in many local publicity stunts including the Krystal Box Stacking Contest. Brown Notes drummer won the contest with an astounding 27 boxes stacked.

The Miller House Years

After Wes Miller became a permanent member of the band, Brown Note packed up their gear and moved it to Wes's house. His house had much more space, and was far enough away from anyone to hear the loud decibels coming from the house.

After a few months of playing at the Miller household the band began to hit some ruff patches. The band members began drinking heavily and perusing loose women. It was trying times for the band.

The Studio Years

During late 2005 the band was finally able to began recording they're first album The Brown Album which included the song "Wanna Drive". Friends and family commonly stoped by the studio to watch the band play and hang out. The studio had state of the art recording equipment, a pool with a diving board, a full kitchen, a sauna, and a disco ball.

Towards the end of the Studio Years the band decided that they needed to go seperate ways and enjoy college life.
