Buffalo Wings and Rings was an ailing network with 7 locations in the Greater Cincinnati area. In 2005, the company was acquired by Philip Schram a chemical engineer turned restaurateur, Nader Masadeh and Haytham David to develop the company into a national franchise. Since its acquisition, the company has grown to over 40 locations across 15 states in the US. Locomotive memorabilia or G scale rail car décor is showcased at several locations. Examples can be seen at Loveland Ohio, Tri County Ohio, Liberty Township Ohio and Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio locations. At the Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio location children can press the control button in the dining room to set the train in motion.
