Bum Runner is the third film from Joint Partners films.
The frantic parody of movie car chases features a group of greedy bums. The film was co-directed by Steve Herold and Kurt Christiansen, and stars Joe Reitman (The Perfect Storm), professional midget wrestler Billy Allen, Fred Berry in his final film role, Uncle Floyd Vivino, and cameos by Sabrina Gennarino and Kevin Kolack (who also sings all 11 parts in the theme song for the film).
