Bunshin is a Japanese word meaning duplicate, clone, replication, etc. It's very common to here this word when referring to ninjas, and the art of Ninjutsu.
The word is used frequently in the Anime series Naruto. The main character in the Naruto Anime series features Naruto; his signature move is a bunshin, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. which unlike normal bunshin which is learnt at the academy as a basic ninjutsu along with henge no jutsu(transform) and kawarimi no jutsu(replication, usually a log), is considerably tougher. This technique replicates into as many other clones as he needs. Naruto uses Kage Bunshin no Jutsu to defeat enemies in large numbers. They can also be used for tricking or deceiving ememies. He probably only knows Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and Rasengan (whirling chakra) to an extent that they are actually useful. Naruto usually uses a kage bunshin to create rasengan by 'hitting' the chakra so that it spins in multiple ways. The only true ninjutsu Naruto uses is Kage Bunshin no Jutsu; and he learned it from the Forbidden Scroll which he stole. So, in fact, and only 'attacks' that naruto knows are rasengan, uzumake naruto rendan and clone spin( shown in the raiga chronichles.
