Bush Jumping is a sport that originates from America, whereby the
object is to throw oneself
into a bush in the most daring
and humorous way. The
sport is primarily meant for
entertainment and sheer hilarity.
Some
other ways of making the sport more competitive is to give it a
score. This can either be a rating from the nearby crowd or a set
of assingned judges, or it can be based on damage made to the bush
that is being jumped into. Where a score of 1 is when the bush
bounces you, 10 being that the bush is ripped out the ground by the
roots
There are Irish 'bushers' at www.scumbagskate.com, and
there are also British 'bushers', located in Sunny Harrogate and
most of them are skateboarders and friends of the people from
BushJumping.co.uk
