Byala Cherkva (Bulgarian: Бяла Черква) is a town in central northern Bulgaria. It is located in Veliko Turnovo oblast and is close to the towns of Pavlikeni and Suhindol.

Its name in Bulgarian means white church, a popular placename around to world, equivalent to Bela Crkva, Weisskirchen, Whitechurch, etc.

A notable native is revolutionary Bacho Kiro (1835–1876),the ex minister of the culture,biggest poet Tzanko Tzerkovski,poup Hariton and Rayko Daskalov
