My suggestions are:
If you want it that bad you will get it.
Try the IP adress just search for an nslookup ar use the ping option in ms-dos
Google is also good, usally they have a saved cached page online.
Last is the site translator, it will get you through.
Search the Internet for more things but this will help you =).
