C.P.A. was a punk rock band from Hemet, California, CPA ( commitment, perseverance & attitude) A band hit with many changes and hardships. hoping to find a balance of musicianship, friendship and a true passion. C.P.A. (Commitment Perseverance Attitude) remained a band for over five years to date (2001 to late 2006) through the integrity of band members Paul Teel - Vocals/Guitar and Bahrum Moghadam Percussion. Joined by Joseph Patterson - Bass in 2006, C.P.A. was an organized and serious band consisting of reasonably experienced musicians.

Music style description- C.P.A.s Musical Style is derived from many different sources. The main influence that is apparent is that of the punk rock genera. Punk bands such as Bad Religion and NOFX have greatly influenced C.P.A. C.P.A. considers themselves a fast melodic punk rock band. They are a band similar to many contemporary rock bands of today, consisting of a drum set player, an electric bass player and two (predominantly) distorted electric guitar players in which one of the two also vocalizes using the English language. C.P.A.s lyrical content mostly consists of the band members experiences, in which they transmitted into songs that are personal, yet ever so general. In effect, listeners can interpret these songs in a positive way. The songs are executed fast and energetically.

C.P.A. struggled through numerous lineup changes and personal hardships within the band.
