Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, founded in 1980, is a massage therapy school with locations in Newington, Westport and Groton, Connecticut. It trains students in the fields of massage therapy, clinical massage and spa massage. CCMT is accredited by the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA)<ref> COMTA</ref>, which is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education)<ref> U.S. Department of Education</ref> as a specialized accrediting agency for massage therapy and bodywork programs and institutions.

Selected CCMT courses have been assessed and approved for up to 40 college credits at Charter Oak State College)<ref> Charter Oak State College</ref>.<br />

In 2006, 98% of CCMT graduates passed the National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) compared to the national average of 68%.<br />

CCMT is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a Continuing Education provider.<br />
