Cadbury, the Beaver Who Lacked is a short story by science fiction writer Philip K.Dick. Written circa 1970, but not published until 1987 in the fifth volume of collected stories.
It is very different from many of Dick's other stories; all the characters are anthropomorphic animals who use different colored poker chips as symbols of status and wealth.
