COPE (Cadena de Ondas Populares de España, roughly translated as People's Radiowaves of Spain Network) is a private, commercial, Spanish radio network owned by a series of institutions within the Spanish Catholic Church. COPE was admitted as an active member of the European Broadcasting Union in 1998.

It is the home of La Mañana, its most popular broadcast, a mostly politics-related, morning talk show presented by Nacho Villa.

Other programs
  • "La Linterna", (translated means "the flashlight"). It is mainly a politcs-related program presented by Juan Pablo Colmenarejo.
  • "La Tarde", (translated means "the afternoon") presented by Cristina López Schlichting.
  • "El Tirachinas", (translated means "the sling") sports-related presented by José Antonio Abellán.

Its editorial guideline is the defence of Catholic values.
