Formerly Queens Park, Caia Park is a large council-owned estate in Wrexham, north-east Wales. It is one of the largest housing estates in Wales with over 5,000 properties and a population of around 12,500. It is located in between Acton, Hightown and Rhosnesni in the south-east of Wrexham. According to the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation, Caia Park and Queensway are two of the 100 most deprived areas in Wales. The 5 wards that make up Caia park are Cartrefle, Smithfield, Queensway, Whitegate and Wynnstay. The principal roads are Queensway, Prince Charles Road and Cefn Road.
