Luiz Carlos Saroli, usually called Caio Júnior or Caio Jr. (born on March 8, 1965 in Cascavel, Paraná), is a Brazilian football manager, having formerly played as a striker in both Brazil and Portugal. He was appointed as the manager of Al-Gharafa, Qatar from July 2009.
