Callicarpa macrophylla is a species of beautyberry. Its fruits are small white berries that actually are drupes.

Uses

The fruit is edible and can be eaten raw when it ripens. The seeds are poisonous.

Medicinal uses

The leaves are used as an herbal medicine to treat rheumatic joints. The leaves can also be use to make a herbal drink or as decorations.
