Camp Calumet Lutheran is a boys and girls summer
camp and conference center, with year round programming, located in
Ossipee, New Hampshire. Calumet Camp
and Conference Center is owned and operated by the
Evangelical Lutheran
Church in America (ELCA). It is located on Lake Ossipee, near
Camp Cody.

==Summer Programs==
Residence Camp
Program
Calumets resident camp program is an eight week program
starting in July and ending in August. Campers can stay for one or
two week sessions (first time campers are only allowed to stay for
a one week session there first time). There are six departments on
the camp, each offering a variety of activities. Boating, Swimming,
Nature, Photo, Field Sports and Music and Dramatics (M D). There
are five units, Units 1,2,3,4 and 5 which is also known as Yellows,
the oldest kids. Ages range from 8-16. There is also a week long
wilderness program which alternates weekly from a hiking, canoeing
or a combination trip.
Day Camp Program
Besides having a
day camp operating on the camp itself, both for local families and
family camp members, Calumet operates urban day camps in Brockton
MA, New Haven CT, Hartford CT, and until recently Providence RI.
These are week long programs.
Vacation Bible School
Program
A newer program to Calumet, this is much like the day
camp program, except larger in scale. Currently Calumet serves 13
different churches over the eight week summer. Previous locations
include Portland ME, Westbrook ME, Sudbury MA, Foxboro MA,
Barrington RI, Kingston RI, two in Naugatuck CT, Cornwall
CT,Bridgeport CT, Manchester CT, New Britain CT and Monroe CT.
These are also week long sessions.
