The Canary Big-Eared Bat (Plecotus teneriffae) is a species of vesper bat in the Vespertilionidae family.

It is endemic to the Canary Islands, but may be found in the following countries: Algeria, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Morocco, Spain, and Tunisia. It is found in these habitats: temperate forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, temperate grassland, rocky areas, caves, subterranean habitats (other than caves), and pastureland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
