Tomoko "Candy" Okutsu (キャンディー奥津 ?), (born January 16, 1975), is a Japanese former professional wrestler, perhaps best known for her brief stint as Tiger Dream, the female version of Tiger Mask.



Okutsu made her professional wrestling debut on August 4, 1992 for the JWP Project. During her tenure there, she would go on to win the Junior Championship twice until she retired in 1997 due to an injury. She made her comeback on February 18, 1998, and joined the ARSION. Soon after her return, she was given then gimmick of Tiger Dream, the first female version of Tiger Mask. Okutsu retired from professional wrestling for the final time on January 5, 2001.
