Carbrini Sportswear is a clothing range sold exclusively at JD Sports. It mainly provides football clothing ranging from trainers to tracksuits. Carbrini Sportswear, alongside McKenzie, is one of the exclusive clothing labels to be sold at JD Sports. The brand also manufacture football kits and supply a number of teams, that play in the English football pyramid.

Involvement in football

Carbrini Sportswear are the football kit suppliers and shirt sponsors for Championship side Blackpool[1], League One side Oldham Athletic[2] and League Two side AFC Bournemouth[3].

They are also the football kit suppliers for the League One side Exeter City[4][5], League Two sides Aldershot Town[6], Rochdale AFC[7] and Conference National side Luton Town[8].

In March 2009 Carbrini Sportswear manufactured a one-off set, of unique pink kits for Oldham Athletic for their home game against Leeds United. After the game the kits were auctioned off on the club's website and all proceeds were donated to a charity associated with the Victoria Breast Unit at the Royal Oldham Hospital.[9]

For the 2009 and 2010 seasons, Carbrini Sportswear are also the official kit supplier to Masters Football.[10]

The Carbrini Sportswear football shirts use Carbrini CBX TEX garment technology, which makes the shirts more breathable and able to wick moisture away from the skin.

Football clubs sponsored

Carbrini Sportswear are also the shirt sponsors for Scottish Premier League side Dundee United.[11]. Although Dundee United are sponsored by Carbrini Sportswear their kit is supplied by Nike[12].

Former clubs sponsored

Until the end of the 2008-09 season, Charlton Athletic were also sponsored by Carbrini Sportswear[13]. Carbrini Sportwear were also the shirt sponsors to Luton Town for the 2008-09 season, but their relegation into the Conference National meant that Carbrini Sportswear could renegotiate the deal and their offer was far lower than before [14]. Luton Town then announced Easyjet[15] as their replacement shirt sponsor, prior to the pre-season friendly against a Manchester United XI, on Tuesday the 28th July 2009.
