The Twinklets didn't arrive on schedule, stars are blinking out and things are starting to look dark! Share Bear and a Twinklet named Gleamer lead the Care Bears to Glitter City. There, according to legend, Princess Starglo has become discouraged and is turning out the lights all over the night sky. Will Share, the rest of the Care Power Team and a little faith help Princess Starglo get things glowing again?
