CL provides test-prep education to enable school and college students gain admission to professional courses. It is also actively involved in the field of mainstream education, mainly through its growing network of play schools and secondary schools.

Playschools and K12 Schools

Ananda, CL's playschools, and 'Indus World School', its K12 schools, are CL's extension into mainstream education and follow philosophies such as 'child centric learning' and 'multiple intelligence'; each geared towards tapping into the students latent potentials.

Business School

CL's business school 'Indus World School of Business'^[2] is oriented towards developing and honing entrepreneurial skills amongst its students.

Rural Education Initiatives

CL's 'Bottom of Pyramid' Schools initiative aims to get children back to school by going beyond the three R's (reading, writing and arithmetic) and instead, providing holistic education which will nurture thinking and help them realize their potential. It is desired that the school become the "change agent" for the village and the community. CL's endeavor is to be part of a process of social transformation and value creation.

Skill School

Skill School, is Career Launcher's venture into formal vocational and skill education, that aims at employability enhancement of the Indian workforce. It targets to enrich various segments of the workforce, from the urban college students to rural self employed. Towards this endeavor, CL looks to solicit partnership with the Government and Private enterprises Test-Prep Test Preparations business of CL is the area CL started with and still remains the 'bread and butter' of CL in terms of being the largest contributor to the financial bottom line. The Test Preparation division provides guidance and test-prep services to school students as well as students leaving college and aspiring to take up graduate professional courses in India or abroad.

Publication

CL has two magazines aimed at guiding students towards preparing for competitive exams.

Management Compass

Indian magazine of its kind, it is aimed at undergraduate students, aspiring to enter the corporate world by making it to a B-school of repute. The magazine offers tips on how to crack entrance exams, perspective on what B-school education entails, updates on business and economic scenario and current political affairs of the country. Also, it contains a massive question bank about general awareness and current affairs and interviews of management gurus and industry stalwarts.^[3]

Educare

A novel magazine, aimed at students of classes VIII to XII. It claims to be highly beneficial for clearing confusion about what stream to choose after class X or what subjects to choose in college. It also features Interviews with leading educational personalities like CBSE Chairman Ashok Ganguly, NCERT Chairman Prof Krishna Kumar and scientist Prof Yashpal , to name a few. Educare targets different needs of a student, not just regarding career guidance, but also issues of mind, body and soul.

Career Advisory Services

Futuremap is a career guidance program from Career Launcher, which helps students of Std. IX to XII choose a career best suited for them on the basis of their aptitude, personality and interest. It helps in selecting a stream that builds on their strengths and interests, choosing smart careers, charting the course towards their dream career and preventing switch overs when classes have started. ^[4]
